Yee Lee Marketing is a joint-ventured company between Yee Lee Corporation and TCP Group, the owner of world renown energy drink brand, Red Bull, since 2023.

Together, both companies possess an extensive marketing and distribution network with strong business development capabilities covering various trade channels directly and via sub-distributors in West Malaysia and East Malaysia for famous FMCG’s brands from beverages to household products: Red Bull Malaysia, Red Eagle, Vesawit, Spritzer, Cactus, Red Bull International, BIC, Warrior, Vanzo Malaysia and etc.

Summary:

  • Responsible for developing, monitoring, and implementing the marketing plan of responsible products with respect to products mix, market segments, promotions and advertising, new product development and project management.
  • Recommend the activities to the sales team to achieve marketing objective.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a designated product portfolio in relation to its marketing activities.
  • Work with agencies (Advertising, Media and media Event agency) and other departments to execute all aspect of marketing activities.
  • Strategize and carry out marketing campaigns in line with company direction.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Communicate effectively about said campaigns and implementing them in a timely and punctual manner.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Innovate, manage and/or renovate through a data driven lens.
  • Monitor, evaluate and manage budget and funds, P&Ls
  • Analyses current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost-effective manner.
  • Analyse and utilize consumer data for growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any related field - Marketing, Business, Economy, etc
  • At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG / Consumer Food & Beverage.
  • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
  • Knowledge of budget and cost analysis
  • Experienced in project management and analysis of data.
  • Can-do attitude, proactive, initiative, proactive with a passion for managing projects to conclusion and on time.
  • Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team.
