What You'll Do

As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations of at least four retail outlets. Your excellent leadership skills will be crucial in coaching your team members, fostering a customer-centric environment, and driving sales performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across all stores, providing valuable market insights based on footfall traffic analysis, and maintaining an exceptional customer service experience. Regular outstation travel will be part of your role as you monitor store performance and address operational needs across different locations.

  • Manage and coach 4 to 5 subordinates per outlet to build a customer-centric team
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members
  • Implement sales strategies to boost store performance
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust action plans to ensure revenue targets are met
  • Ensure stores are operating at peak efficiency, including stock management, merchandising, and adherence to company policies
  • Provide insights and feedback on footfall traffic for respective areas, analyze customer demographics, and understand customer concerns and demands to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Maintain and elevate the customer service experience across all outlets by ensuring the highest standards are consistently met
  • Willingness to travel outstation regularly to monitor store performance and address operational needs across different locations
