DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for filing, typing, recording and compiling of documents. 2. Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time. 3. To perform other task assigned by the QA/QC Manager from time to time. 4. To assign and monitor the project given to the QA / QC Controller. 5. To assist the QMR in the implementation of Quality Management System. 6. Coordinate with personnel in the relevant department for the development and revision of the details procedures. 7. Responsible to ensure the latest version of relevant documents and records are valuable to the user concern. 8. Responsible to check Head of Department documents containing copies and procedure records and JD. 9. Maintaining files of the minutes of meeting. 10. To monitor and conduct the surveillance the effectiveness of the HSE system at the work place 11. To supervise the implementation of HSE system at the work place and correct the workers in any violent of the HSE rule and procedure REQUIREMENTS 1. SPM/Diploma certificate minimum 2 years related working experience. 2. Good communication skills. 3. Self motivated and disciplined. 4. Computer literate.
