Requirements

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in logistics software and a solid understanding of freight forwarding processes are crucial.

  • Operational Knowledge: Hands-on experience with shipment coordination, documentation, and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using TMS and other logistics software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Experience in addressing and resolving shipment issues and delays.
  • High School or Diploma: Preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant Certifications: Certifications in logistics or supply chain management, transportation, and distribution can be advantageous.
  • Industry Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
