Material Planner Assistance

• Material Planning based on demand forecast, customer order and production scheduling {for common (gel/wire/adhesive) and indirect material (e.g: packing material, tray and etc).} • Inventory control (RAW/WIP/FG) by ordering the right quantity of material (no shortage nor excess) • Coordinate with planner and supplier to bring in material from supplier on time • Master at all kinds of Global report, data extraction to support planning related analysis.(Demantra/ASCP/Inventory report/DLQ report & etc) • System maintenance in terms of suppliers related parameters.(item validation report, ORACLE setting- buyer, LT and etc) • Create PO / send forecast and order to suppliers • Monitor/ keep track on supplier delivery and coordinate with warehouse for material receiving. • Monitor supplier performance by creating supplier NOTD report and feedback to supplier for NOTD item through supplier performance review with corrective action. • Monitor supplier capacity vs demand through ECM tools and attend weekly SSM meeting with SQE,BSC, QC to highlight for any capacity issue and new capacity setting • Coordinate /attend team call with supplier and BCS (if require) for any material delivery issue related. • Other Administrative /reporting support as require.
