ASEAN Clinical Specialist

• Provide on-site clinical and technical support to customer in order to demonstrate the safe and effectiveness of our products and technologies to enhance the procedural outcomes of • Organize and conduct on-site product demonstration and in-service training to physicians and healthcare professionals in the respective labs to facilitate the utilization of our products and technologies, particularly in new product launches • Ensure that products utilised during the procedures conform to On-Label Use. At no instance, BSC employee is permitted to promote Off-Label use. Any Off-Label will be the responsibility of the primary physicians performing the procedure. • Identify gaps in product knowledge/technology and skillsets of physicians/cath lab staff of any labs. Develop a strategy and training plan to bridge up the gaps with in-service sessions or proctor engagements. • Maintain open communications and engagement with existing/potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services as agreed with the Manager. • Discuss and plan activities with the Manager for respective accounts to enhance utilization of the products; develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools • Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs if required • Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff. • Work collaboratively with integrity with local EP support team to ensure professional support services are rendered to each account • Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services. • Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools. • Complete all assigned online learning materials and trainings to ensure personal certification is achieved for products within a specified time.
