Who are we looking for?

  • Preferably with minimum of 3 years in healthcare recruitment, ideally in a hospital setting.
  • Experienced nurses or clinical professionals looking to transition into a recruitment role are encouraged to apply. Your hands-on clinical knowledge will be a valuable asset in identifying top healthcare talent.
  • Proven track record of recruiting nurses, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance in hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical roles including nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare staff.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified clinical candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit within our hospital environment.
  • Manage multiple recruitment pipelines, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruiting practices and help build a strong employer brand.
