  • Responsible for foreign workers’ passport, working permit, personal details, work details and etc. updates in system.
  • Responsible for foreign workers’ working permit renewal.
  • Responsible to prepare foreign workers’ Employment Contract.
  • Responsible for preparing documents in regards to Government affairs such as Malaysia Immigration Department, Labor Office, Ministry of Internal Affairs and etc.
  • Responsible to liaise with Panel Clinics, Hospital, or FOMEMA for workers’ health check, follow up or consultation.
  • Responsible for managing new hostels’ household.
  • Responsible for updating and generate reports for attendance, OT, allowances, working hours and etc. to HR Officer.
  • Responsible for all departments training updates.
  • Assist HR Officer for uniform distribution and records.
  • Responsible to record all Safety and Health equipment that been distributed to workers.
  • Assist HR Officer in preparing and compiling documents for Insurance and PERKESO.
  • Assist HR Officer in preparing and filing ISO related documents.
  • Assist HR Officer in sending or arrange transport for ill worker to clinic or hospital, and sending or arrange transport to medical checkup and etc.
  • Responsible for stock data entry (Production)
  • Responsible printing and update Pallet Record Form
  • Responsible for update production job status (Eg: Which Department, How many quantity being produced etc)
  • Assist in deducting SST related stock
  • Other related duties as assigned from General Manager and HR Officer from time to time.
