Scope of Product Profile:

Emission measurement (Flue gas analyzer, particle counter), Temperature & Humidity (Data-logger, Thermal Imager), Heating & Air Flow, (eg: Flue gas Analyser, gas pressure), HVAC, Liquid Density & Concentration, Viscometry, Refractometry, Consistency Measurement, Volatility (e.g. flash points) and Process Instrumentation, Air Quality tests Instrumentation and precision measurement solutions, and etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Have strong product and industrial knowledge or experience on promoting related Emission measurement (Flue gas analyzer, particle counter), Temperature & Humidity (Data-logger, Thermal Imager), Heating & Air Flow, (eg: Flue gas Analyser, gas pressure), HVAC, Liquid Density & Concentration, Viscometry, Refractometry, Consistency Measurement, Volatility (e.g. flash points) and Process Instrumentation, Air Quality tests Instrumentation and precision measurement solutions and etc.
  • Take full responsibility to identify market opportunities and create strategies plans to achieve sales objective for the division assigned.
  • Strong ability and interest to develop a deep understanding of the product, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages to support the sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Market sensitive to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within your division. Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback.
  • Strategy Development: From market information, collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop sales & marketing strategies and re-establish product positioning from time to time. Determine up to date pricing strategies, sales channels, and promotional activities tailored to your division. Ability to identify new markets and expand product portfolio under your division.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the product leader, sales team to provide product sales strategy, training, sales and on-site support, and provide effective guidance toward internal sales, field sales and technical support.
  • Strong on creating sales presentations, collateral, and sales & marketing tools to enhance the sales process. You are responsible to develop sales forecasts and monitor sales performance within your division assigned.
  • Principal Relationship Management: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain good relationships with brand's principles.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, key projects, including industrial professionals and market influencers.
  • Strong sense and ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions and support to ensure the customer satisfaction within the company revenue objective.
  • Launch and Promotion: Responsible for organising product launches and promotional activities within your division. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, conferences, seminars, workshops and educational events to increase product awareness and drive sales together with the sales & marketing team.
  • Training and Education: Stay updated with the latest industrial studies, regulations, and industry guidelines related to food safety division. Provide training and educational materials to sales representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the product.
  • Strong leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and strong bonding with customer on sales and support technical enquiries
  • Strong ability to engage with key account customers, opinion leaders, source out new accounts and other business opportunities
  • To regularly visit and maintain good relationship with existing customer within your sales territory assigned
  • Able to generate new revenue through prospecting, generate new leads and effective sales territory management
  • To provide effective strategy, prepare quotations, provide technical presentations, and provide validation support, professionally demonstrate product portfolio assigned to potential customers.
  • To provide product user guidance of newly delivered products.
  • Meet division sales objective set by management
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Any other task assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years in related industrial field sales experiences with proven track record of sales and leadership.
  • A higher secondary with Science background / Degree in any engineering discipline (Oil & Gas / Chemistry, Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering) or Business majors with strong science background with proven track record in related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge and experience on promoting related Emission measurement (Flue gas analyzer, particle counter), Temperature & Humidity (Data-logger, Thermal Imager), Heating & Air Flow, (eg: Flue gas Analyser, gas pressure), HVAC, Liquid Density & Concentration, Viscometry, Refractometry, Consistency Measurement, Volatility (e.g. flash points) and Process Instrumentation, Air Quality tests Instrumentation and precision measurement solutions.
  • Business lingual, strategic thinkers, market awareness, positive working attitude, ambition, self discipline, proactive, clear objective, sales results oriented, focus and patience.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mind-set, and MUST possess to win mentality
  • Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, organise and fast responsive, able to work under pressure and own initiative.
