- Establishment and development of effective Business Policy/ Reward/ Incentive to support
After Sales Dealers and relain talent staffs.
Job Description:
1) Carry out market analysis on current trends and needs.
2) Timely benchmarking with other OEMs on their After Sales Dealer support and activities.
Business Policy
1) Responsible for Monthly/quarterly Business Policy proposal.
21 Responsible for Monthly pay-out results in tabulation.
3) Analysis of effectiveness on the Business Policy.
Reward/Incentive
1) Responsible for After Sales reward/incentive proposal.
2) Responsible for Monthly pay-out results tabulation.
3) Analysis of the effectiveness of the scheme.
Budgeting
1) Calculate and propose the budget needed for After Sales Business Analysis, Reward/Incentive, and support activities
2) Monitor and manage the budget expenditure
3) Assist in budget preparation - AMP/MYR/P&L/OPEX
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounts and Finance/any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in management reporting capacity.
- Data Analysis - experience in business data visualization, analysis, forecasting and risk assessment.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good team player, networking, planning and project management.
