Responsibilities:

  • Filtering contacts, calling contacts, arranging for meetings and some follow-up work. Establish business relations with clients over email, social networks and via phone
  • Identify appropriate individuals within the targeted organizations
  • Follow up on leads
  • Help Business Development Manager build and cultivate professional relationships by initiating communications and keeping in touch with potential clients
  • Manage data for existing and new clients in the database

Job Requirements

Your competencies:

  • Candidate with an Advance/Higher Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 year working experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written in English & Malay
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Computer literacy (standard Office applications)
  • Knowledge of additional language would be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence experience (preferred)
  • Well-organized, attentive to details and customer oriented.
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

We offer:

  • Salary range RM2k - 2.6k
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday; 9am to 5pm.
  • Able to work independently in a complex environment with minimum supervision, result-oriented personality.
  • Location : Wisma Minlon, Seri Kembangan
  • Able to travel with Business Manager as and when needed.
