Responsibilities:
- Filtering contacts, calling contacts, arranging for meetings and some follow-up work. Establish business relations with clients over email, social networks and via phone
- Identify appropriate individuals within the targeted organizations
- Follow up on leads
- Help Business Development Manager build and cultivate professional relationships by initiating communications and keeping in touch with potential clients
- Manage data for existing and new clients in the database
Job Requirements
Your competencies:
- Candidate with an Advance/Higher Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 year working experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written in English & Malay
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Computer literacy (standard Office applications)
- Knowledge of additional language would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence experience (preferred)
- Well-organized, attentive to details and customer oriented.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
We offer:
- Salary range RM2k - 2.6k
- Full-time, Monday-Friday; 9am to 5pm.
- Able to work independently in a complex environment with minimum supervision, result-oriented personality.
- Location : Wisma Minlon, Seri Kembangan
- Able to travel with Business Manager as and when needed.
