QC Assistant

a. Responsibility for QC function and activity in factory to meet quality. b. To conduct QC checking for incoming material, in-process and finished products. c. Issuing the Passed or Reject stickers upon completion of the test. d. Update, record and filing and QC data entry into computer system accordingly. e. To check and verify dispensing of raw material. f. To maintain bulk product and finished products retained samples. g. To monitor purified water system. h. To assist superior in calibration management system for all measuring equipment in the QC Laboratory. i. To assist prepare in-house Raw Material COA. j. To assist prepare “Lab prepared” raw material for production. k. To report to superior any non-conformance which will have consequential effects on product quality. l. Responsibilities perform the analyses test. m. Ensuring good cleaning and sanitizing program is practiced and operations are carried out according to procedure. n. Ensuring that personal hygiene being followed accordingly. o. To ensure in cleanliness of production floor , room and machinery according to GMP requirement before, during and after the mixing process activity. p. To maintain good housekeeping of laboratory. q. To assist in stability studies program for all the products. r. To be responsible for checking all reports, certificate of analysis and also ensuring that all the documents and reports are checked, filed and kept for easy retrieval. s. To assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.
