Senior Executive, Export Sales Coordination

• Responsible for order processing and work closely with internal parties to ensure shipment to customer in timely manner.
• Manage and follow up relevant documentation and sales orders in timely manner.
• Communicate effectively to foster relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Work together with various stakeholders in the company to make sure customers’ as well as regulatory guidelines are met.
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing and other relevant studies.
• At least 5 years working experience in export sales coordination, preferably in FMCG.
• Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Confident and result oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office operations.
