  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Ensure the IT infrastructure (Network/Server/Workstation) are in good condition.

  • Support related to IT, which include networking, hardware/software installation, maintenance & implementation of PCs, Servers, Storage, Printer, CCTV etc
  • Purchase, record movement of IT equipment and inventory asset list
  • Offer initial assistance for hardware and software issues. Address reported problems with desktop applications, investigate, conduct relevant testing, and make modifications for resolution.
  • Ensure availability of network and systems’ connectivity to the respective sites, and to ensure that the WAN/LAN network is in optimum performance in order to avoid downtime.
  • Undertake daily and monthly tape backup and server functionality routines. Keep abreast with latest IT technology for creative and innovative ideas for possible implementation.
  • Ensure all IT procedures are in place and comply with company standards and IT policies.
  • Provide efficient and effective IT services to maintain confidence in the company’s reputation.
  • Oversee new system facilitation if needed.
  • Any duties assigned by Superior from time to time
  • To undertake any ad-hoc technical support assignments as and when required.

    • Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2-3 years practical working experience in IT
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, hardworking and willingness to learn with well time management
  • Have experience with IT systems, networks and related technologies
  • Possess own transport
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking user)
