  • To assist the Hotel Manager with operational matters.
  • Responsible for supporting company day-to-day administration and office support and fulfilling daily operation works.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, billing & etc)
  • Organize the filling system, tasks and manage documentation in proper record.
  • Preparing for minutes meeting when required.
  • Conduct inspections as necessary for the operation department.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM Level, any field
  • Proficient in spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin as advantages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Can start immediately is preferred.

Working hours as operation timing from Monday-Saturday, 9.00am-5.00pm

*** Working location at Jalan Hang Lekiu (10 minutes walking distance from Masjid Jamek LRT)
