Program/Project Manager Job Description

Responsibilities • Track Silicon Validation Projects: Collect and analyze information to enhance testing and data analysis quality and productivity. • Project Review and Status Tracking: Review past project data, communicate with engineers on current projects, and monitor project status to ensure alignment with business and management objectives. • Team Support: Assist the team in planning, tracking, and driving projects to successful completion. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure the definition and implementation of agreed-upon processes and work models. • Project tracking and forecasting using JIRA and MS Clarity Key Qualifications: • B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of industry experience in hardware engineering including 3+ years of project/program management. • Proficient in Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Clarity. MS Project experience a plus. • Experience in organizing and communicating information, presenting work to senior management, and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to customer issues, engineering challenges, and large-scale systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong capability for teamwork and collaboration. • Comfortable working in a matrixed, international, and team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders. Preferred Experience: • PMP certification is preferred. • Exposure in IC design and test management, along with customer interfacing, is a plus.
