Requirement:

  • Associate’s or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTlA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support role or a similar technical support position. Experience with common IT tools and systems, such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking equipment, and helpdesk software.
  • Basic understanding of networking, cybersecurity and cloud computing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
