  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Barista / Service Crew required for Red Brick Kitchen @Gunung Rapat, Ipoh

Barista Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Brew & prepare a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos. Steam, froth milk to create microfoam, and pour latte art when applicable.
  • Assist to prepare dessert & beverage items when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, regularly clean coffee equipment and machines.
  • Inventory control (stock and balance) of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.

Service Crew Overview of Responsibilities

  • Serve customer by attending to their inquiries, special requests/dietary restrictions.
  • Assist customer in selecting menu items, provide appropriate suggestion on additional items like desserts, specials etc.
  • Take customers' orders accurately, pay attention to any special requests and ensure its correctly noted.
  • Reset tables efficiently for the next customer, by ensuring appropriate tableware and condiments are set.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience not necessary, however candidate with prior experience in F & B service role is beneficial.
  • Can understand simple English.
  • Can work on rotational Day/Night shift.
  • Previous experience in making coffee latte art is advantegeous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
