Role Purpose

We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Operations Project.

Responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of operational projects to ensure

they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating

across various teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring operational processes are

efficient and scalable. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and

communication skills to drive multiple projects from inception to completion. Additionally

will be responsible for representing the Operations team in internal and external meetings,

driving presentations and discussions.

Responsibilities we entrust you with

  • As an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Operations Project, you will:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and
  • resource allocations. Ensure all operational projects align with the company's
  • strategic objectives. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered
  • on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various internal and external
  • stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and objectives. Communicate
  • project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders at all levels. Build
  • relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations,
  • Finance, IT, and Human Resources. Lead project teams to execute tasks effectively
  • and drive performance. Ensure team members are clear on their roles and
  • responsibilities within each project.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current operational processes and
  • recommend improvements. Implement best practices and scalable solutions for
  • long-term success. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
  • Review and update current SOP’s
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation including
  • scope changes, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews. Provide regular
  • updates on project performance, including milestones achieved and challenges faced. Create New SOP’s and process notes, and take stakeholder sign offs.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite), especially in creating Gantt Charts/Trackers, presentations on powerpoint, and writing SOP’s on Word.

2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in operations or a related industry.
