Job Description:

  • Manage General Manager's daily, weekly & monthly schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Provide secretarial support which includes taking and distributing minutes, collating business reports, preparing presentation slides; drafting letters & memos; prepare reminders, arranging and attending meetings.
  • Responsible on Day to Day Sales Support & General Administrative Tasks.
  • Organise key Management functions and Company events including coordination, preparation for conference, booking of rooms facilities, etc.
  • Be responsible to submit the General Manager’s monthly bills and claims or expenses report accurately and promptly.
  • Screen incoming phone calls, emails, enquiries and requests. Handling them as appropriate by replying or highlighting urgent or important correspondence.
  • Any other ad hoc relevant and related tasks as and when required by the management.
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced working environment.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably candidate with in Diploma or Degree in Private / Executive Secretarialship, Business Administration discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative services or related fields, preferably in a service industry.
  • Good command of spoken & written in English & Mandarin is a MUST (Due to business nature and require to draft Memo in Mandarin Word).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff and external parties.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point); familiar with Power Point presentation & minutes taking.
  • Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous & good organisational / task-oriented / administrative skills
  • Energetic, presentable & matured
