Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal merchandise plans in collaboration with the product development and sales teams.
  • Analyze sales performance through historical sales data, market trends, and the competitive landscape by product category, SKU, and channels from all business units to identify sales trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
    Responsible for reviewing retail buying and allocation for various Business units (BUs) - other brands' store
  • Analyze and evaluate potential sell-through of product by brand and stock item, determine desired inventory level.
  • Close monitor inventory levels and stock levels to optimize product availability and minimize excess inventory and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment and allocation of merchandise.
  • Prepare and analyze daily/weekly sales reports and propose product movement and
    rotation, including between onsite and online channels
  • Curate product assortments that meet the needs and preferences of target customers.
  • Determine product mix, styles, colors, and pricing strategies based on consumer insights and sales performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Identify competitive threats and opportunities, and make recommendations to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any related fields
  • 3 years and above retail working experience, preferably from the retail industry
  • Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and merchandising principles in handling multi-brands
  • Strong leadership, responsible, result-oriented, warm and friendly, hardworking and honest
  • Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
