Fully Responsibilities Expatriated Work Permit New Application/Renewal Online in ESD Portal. 2. Fully Responsibilities OF EP/PVP about Immigration and Government (Passport/Work Permit/Employment Contract and any others matters. 3. Fully Responsibilities Arrange Hotel Reservation for PVP (Hotel Booking) – Invoice and other Chargers. 4. Fully Responsibilities Arrange and Deal Oversea HQ & Supplier for All documentation for Applying New Application for Employment Pass and Professional Visit Pass (PVP) 5. Maintain Proper Filling all document General Task 1. Conduct counselling for foreign workers upon request. *HR & Administration Management* 1. Coordinate Company Insurance ( Company/Executive & Supervisor below) Monitor for renewal of company insurance staff & Property) (MSIG and Hong Leong) and liaise with person in-charge of insurance company. 2. Ensuring SOP , HR Policies and Employee Handbook & Collective Agreement (CA-Union) are up to date. 3. Prepare , monitor and assist ISO documentations – maintaining database for audit purposes. 4. Prepare , monitor and assist Audit questionnaire from customer or supplier – maintaining database for audit purposes. 5. Maintain records / documentation / data – efficient filling system for audit purposes. 6. Responsible of Safety & Health Committee – Assist Safety & Health ( Arrangement / Policies /Documentation related). 7. Responsible for Security Guard – Schedule and Assist the security Guard upon request. 8. Responsible for Cleaner – Checking All related to cleaning, Monitor, Schedule, Audit and Assist related matters. 9. Responsible Assist for Bank Purpose or Government – Upon Request from finance & Management. 10. Responsible to monitoring general building repair and maintenance, Nexus, canteen and office equipment including photocopy machine, aircond, stationary supplies, uniform, pantry and agreement – arrangement and follow up. 11. Coordinate and confirm newcomer workstation and equipped with necessary office equipment such as business card , computer and stationaries. 12. Assist Renewal All License ( MBSA & Others). 13. Prepare All PRQ for Finance before End Month ( Closing Monthly). 14. Filling and ad hoc Others task time to time. *IT Support* IT Infrastructure Management: 1. Responsible for IT support and programme. 2. Maintain and support the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software. 3. Ensure the stability and smooth operation of critical systems. Technical Support for Operations: 1. Provide technical support to all departments, addressing hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. 2. Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of employee devices, printers, and other related technology. 3. Responsible for Register New Employee & Deletion RPM Employees - liaise with person in-charge of Vendor EBS IT Support. 4. Ensure that the data is protected with appropriate security measures, including firewalls, antivirus systems, and backups. 5. Support the local network and troubleshoot connectivity issue - liaise with person in-charge of Vendor EBS IT Support (Server & Connection Issue) 6. Plan, execute, and oversee Vendor EBS IT - related projects such as system upgrades, new technology implementations, and hardware installations. 7. Coordinate with management and external Vendor EBS IT to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 8. Perform regular updates and maintenance on all software systems to ensure optimal performance. 9. Ensure that the IT infrastructure complies with local and international data protection and privacy regulations. 10. Possess Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or any related field. 2. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field. 3. Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in IT field. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply. 4. 3 - 5 years of working experience in HR & office administration functions. 5. 1 - 2 years of working experience in IT field. 6. Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
