Job Summary:

Reporting to Branch Manager and Business Administrators. The successful candidate will be mainly responsible to carry out the task assigned by Branch Manager & Marketing personnel to help the branch in operation matter .

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist to create client ID for New business to POLM system
  • Assist to batch non motor submission
  • Check CDD and screening process
  • To assist on routed back cases
  • Checking on policy issuance status
  • Monitoring renewal status
  • Handle incoming mail by sorting of policy and send to clients (walk-in)
  • Handle incoming documents from Agents/Clients
  • Any other matter from branch manager

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
