Job Summary:

The HRIS Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for clients. The role involves analyzing client needs, configuring the software to meet those requirements, providing consulting, and supporting clients throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of HRIS solutions for clients, from initiation to go-live.
  • Analyze client HR processes and requirements to tailor HRIS solutions.
  • Configure and customize HRIS systems to meet client specifications.
  • Provide consulting and technical support during implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for users on system functionality.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the implementation process.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS or software implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices.
  • Experience working with HR technology solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
  • Experience in software implementation and project implementation
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices
  • Knowledge in Malaysia statutory
  • Payroll knowledge and experience preferably Malaysia Payroll would be advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and consulting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with data migration and system integrations is a plus.
  • Good command of English
