Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. Also, an expert who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate and hungry for growth. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, fantastic working attitude and ownership.

A business development professional has three primary responsibilities:

1. Identifying new sales leads

2. Pitching products and/or services

3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Assist to achieve business goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the related field with strong knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in product market fit and client profiling.
  • Growth mindset with a predisposition to experiment, learn and continuous improvements.
  • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Able to make decisions independently, based on company culture and values.
  • Experience in building presentations and decks for important internal or external communications.
  • We are seeking a candidate who is able to join us immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
