  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Qualifications & experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous internship or experience in logistics, data analysis, data entry, or research is a plus but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Basic understanding of data scraping, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables). Familiarity with data scraping and research tools. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Good dedication at work, good demeanor, willing to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter, verify, and update various types of data into systems and databases. Perform data cleansing and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
  • Data Scraping: Collect data from websites and digital platforms using data scraping tools and techniques. Ensure the accuracy and quality of data extracted from various online sources.
  • Implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Assist in identifying processes that can be automated using RPA tools. Participate in the implementation of automation solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Running Data Analysis on Excel: Perform data analysis using functions, formulas, and pivot tables. Validate data accuracy and rectify data quality. Analyze datasets to provide insights and assist in decision-making. Generate reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.
