Senior Executive - Logistics

This role will be placed under our parent Company, Allana sons. Established in the year 1865 Allanasons Private Limited in India, our organization stands as the top Exporter , Manufacturer and Supplier of the highest yield of Branded Processed Food Products and Agro Commodities to many counties, including Malaysia.

Due to business expansion, we are looking for right talent to be part of our Team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job Description:

• Assist logistics process for inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment, and delivery, and returns on products.
• Liaise with Logistics agency for the timely and smooth movement of goods.
• Co-ordination with Shipping Planning Team for smooth execution at Ports.
• Execution of Planning and Placing of bookings to various lines.
• Co-ordination with Transport Team to pick the empty containers from respective container yard.
• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
• Coordinate with global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.
• Works directly with the sales department to determine the most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to the customer.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Working on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process, and analyzing performance.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales support role.
• managing customer relationship/ business development.
• Extremely good communication skills (English) - both written and oral
• Analytical skills and expertise in Advanced Excel, Knowledge on MS Office and mailing.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
