This position will be based at Klang and Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers based on the assigned segment to penetrate the market to meet Enterprise Sale goal & target through consulting.
  • offering solutions to customers.
  • Build a professional relation and network with new and existing customers to expand the business to increase customer loyalty.
  • Provide market updates and customer feedback to Management for market analysis and product development.
  • Be a central contact point and closely work with the support team to solve customers' requirements and needs.
  • Prepare weekly sale result and sale forecast including prospect customers for closing.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective teamwork relationships with all relevant departments.
  • Maintain professional working attitudes that maintain and promote the company's core values.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any equivalence.
  • Good negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 2yrs Sales & marketing experience, ideally in food ingredients or branded food products.
  • Good in writing & verbal communication skills (English, Malay and Mandarin).
  • Be able to prioritize the tasks and work under pressure.
  • With F&B knowledge and basic selling skill.
  • Experience in FMCG and HoReCa food services.
  • Self-driven, optimistic, able to take calculated risks and able to execute implemented plans.
  • Possess own transport.
