Account Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• To handle full sets of accounts, manage data entry and updating of account into accounting systems.
• Knowledge of taxation.
• Working independently, is accountable for completing journal entries by their due date, preparation of financial schedules for internal use, analyze ledger account and completing other analysis report as required.
• Responsible for financial transactions, financial review and analysis, assist in preparation and completion of moth end closing and financial report.
• Ensure the accuracy of fixed asset records including addition, transfer, proposal and prepare report summarizing monthly changes.
• Assist in month-end closing, journal entry preparation, and account analysis and reconciliation including inter company accounts.
• Assist in preparation monthly, quarterly, and year-end month report and any other analysis schedules.
• Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. Overseeing accounting procedures like billing and invoicing.
• Generate debtor statements debtor credit limit monitoring, debtor aging report and debtor collections report.
• Handles the year-end statutory audits performed by the external auditors and any relevant regulatory compliance reporting.
• Prepare and ensure timely arrangement of tax filing, liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers and ensure statutory compliances. Working with banks, public auditors, and other external employees to keep financial records in order.
• Project Expenses.
• Able to handle any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree, in Accountant or equivalent.
• Possess own transport.
• Essential familiarity with local accounting standards and taxation laws
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to works with teams.
• Preferable mandarin speaker
• Accounting software (SQL)
• Minimum one (1) year of work experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
