  • Responsible for the day operational matters of the accounts department.
  • Preparation and process on General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable being carried smoothly.
  • Prepare annual financial budget, cash flow forecast, cost analysis and monthly financial reports to Finance Manager
  • Responsible and assist to coordinate and prepare the financial budget.
  • Processing on Accounts & Finance related transactions
  • Ensure Monthly Closure of Company Accounts
  • Submit Yearly Accounts Report to Auditor
  • Working closely with Management on Finance and Administration Matters
  • Monthly payroll calculation
  • Monitor daily operation works done by the Accounts Assistant.
  • Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports as and when required.
  • Degree / Diploma in relevant field
  • Experience in Accounts Management
  • Good communication skill with pleasant personality
  • Must be able to work with people of all levels
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Computer literate
