Supervisor (储备干部 Management Trainee)

We are the world's third-largest manufacturer of copper-clad laminate (CCL) and have recently established a new factory in Penang. We are looking for a Management Trainee to supervise our production team. This position offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience to help you develop the skills needed to manage production processes efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Daily management of front-line production workers to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Provide support to the production team by troubleshooting issues and coordinating workflow
• Supervise and train production staff to maximize productivity while ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Maintain production records and report to management
• Oversee quality assurance, ensuring products are produced on time and meet required quality standards

Requirements:

• SPM, diploma, or bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates are welcome, and training is provided
• Willing to work shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Able to undergo 3-6 months of training in China
• Availability to work a 6-day week with 1 day off.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary up to RM5000 (basic salary + allowances + overtime)
• Training allowance of RM2000 (extra allowance during training in China)
