Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations. Promptly address and resolve customer complaints and issues. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of each branch to senior management. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop action plans based on data analysis and performance evaluations.
