JOB DESCRIPTION(S):
- To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- To supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- To provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
JOB EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/Degree in any related field;
- Minimum of 3 years related experience as an office administrator or in a similar role;
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage; and
- Good written and verbal communication skills
