JOB DESCRIPTION(S):

  • To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • To supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
  • To provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams.

JOB EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma/Degree in any related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience as an office administrator or in a similar role;
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage; and
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
