The role will be leading the bidding team to produce quality submittals in response to request for Tender (RFT/RFP/RFQ/RFI/TOR) for SEA countries, Japan, South Korea & Pakistan, also Regional & Global bids request.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Bid Pricing Management

  • Compile the overall BOM from CTS/LTS/GS/Project Management & Procurement - ensuring cost accuracy & optimization.
  • To propose the right sell price for submission based on pricing review with Product & Technical team while inline against sales strategies.
  • To present overall submission & getting pricing approval from the management before proceed to releasing the price to sales.
  • The one to translate the approved price to the client price submittal (format).
  • Repricing of Bids.
  • Pricing changes (Gain/Loss) analysis, cost changes & VCM analysis.
  • Pricing trend & Cost trend analysis.

Bid Management

  • Lead & manage all stages of bid process from qualification to submission to the sales team.
  • Developing and maintaining best practice throughout the bid cycle.
  • Manage bid submission - coordinating with all bidding team members to ensure and obtain all submittals.
  • Ensure a full understanding of the solution portfolio, appropriate offerings, within a complete and competitive solution, are proposed to meet the customer requirements.
  • Aware & highlight the overall risk (Commercial/Technical/GS) when presenting to management for approval.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Possess Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in related to Pricing or Bid/ Tender Submission – Telecom, Colocation & Data Center Industry.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Skillful in Microsoft Office – comfortable in managing Excel spreadsheet.
  • Good Number Sense – comfortable when dealing in huge project value.
  • Detail-oriented – paying close attention to all of the small particulars when working on Bid Pricing.
  • Good Communication & Presentation Skills – no issues in communicating to different levels of colleagues up till management.
  • Excellent Time Management & Organization skills.
