QA EXECUTIVE CUM CHEMIST

1. Responsible for all quality control procedure and practices are to be done, maintained, verified and complied to GMP, ISO or/and specified customer standard requirements. As such, his/her job is mainly devoted to the coordination and supervision of the quality control personnel throughout the Personal Care Plant & Homecare Plant.

2. To do and/or verified the incoming bulk testing inspection from Personal Care Plant to ensure the conformances to standard. He /She is responsible to highlight any deviation or discrepancies happened to the manager for resolving the problems.

3. To prepare Certificate of Analysis (CoA) – Plant A (RB & Others) for every batch production approved and responsible to ensure the customer will have copy of CoA.

4. To Verify daily or regular time internal calibration for pH meter, viscometer, refractometer, weighing balance, thermometer, conductivity meter, DI Water & Conductivity and other measurement instrument used for online checking or bulk testing throughout the Personal Care Plant.

5. To assist QA Manager or the management to resolving day to day problem in line to getting high quality product with conformance to standard.

6. To monitor and maintain sufficient stock of chemicals, reagents, apparatus and all quality control tools such as sticker, label and forms.

7. To ensure sufficient in-process and on-line QC workforce are available to support production run to avoid downtime of bulk or line approval.

8 To ensure the cleanliness, safety and condition of workplace is comfortable, suitable and safe for work colleagues which able to minimize or eliminate the risk of injury or accident. Maintain high standard of housekeeping.

9. To prepare summary of Internal online rejection weekly and monthly basis and forward to QA Manager and management.

10. To attend and participate in all the meeting related to quality issue or other meetings upon requested by the management.

11. To perform above-mentioned jobs with high quality results and compliance to ISO, GMP or/and specified customer requirements.

12. To prepare and standardize chemical for Home Care, Personal Care & IFF Plant.

13. To issue BMR in absence of QA Senior Supervisor & QA Supervisor.

14. To prepare and sent sample of customer requirement to third party lab for testing.

15. To monitor and follow up on the return (rejection details and quantity) from external warehouse .

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
