RETAIL ASSISTANT

• Welcome and greet customers. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual products standards. • Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances. • Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays. • Process payment by using cash register, credit card machines, Touch N Go and/or POS (Point of Sale) computer system. • Keep up to date with product information and prices.1- • Process repair or alteration or customize of products. • Accurately describe product features and benefits. • Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales and/or promotions, register/renew membership, rewards programs, and store return policy. • Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly; find a reasonable solution (calling a supervisor only when necessary). • Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of products, act according to company policy and procedures. • Please keep the store clean, tidy, and organized always • Please make sure the CCTV is in good condition every day and make sure there are no obstacles to every visual received. CCTV cannot be closed. • Any amendments to the rule that have been written in the company policy must be followed, any violation of the rules will be subject to appropriate action.
