Job Description:

  • Manage a queue of pricing requests, providing detailed quotes and analyses to internal teams.
  • Review and organize renewal opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of renewal quotes.
  • Ensure quotes are compliant with company policies and meet pricing guidelines.
  • Implement pricing adjustments as directed by senior management or pricing guidelines.
  • Prepare and manage simple quotes for level 1 deals using established tools and processes.
  • Prepare pricing promptly and accurately to support decision-making processes.
  • Input and manage data within Salesforce and other CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain updated records of quotes, pricing approvals, and order processing activities.
  • Track and document pricing approvals, ensuring proper records for auditing and compliance purposes.
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Controlling, Representatives, Projects, Service, and other internal resources as appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, helping them navigate quoting processes.
  • Follow up with Sales Orders to check on the status and relay messages onto the appropriate individual(s)
  • Communicate pricing details to sales reps, ensuring they have the necessary information to proceed with customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with Contracts/Sales/Mangement Team to resolve issues
  • Maintain record of issues and updated records
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to support skill growth in pricing analysis.
  • Share best practices and provide cross training to peers, team members and outside business units to enhance the quality and efficiency of the Sales Operations Process and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested
  • Attend Deal Desk meetings as and when required
  • Work with Deal Desk during the initial stages of a bid, and help create the necessary documentation and document management procedures
  • Assist Team members with price negotiates with partners/vendors
  • Support Deal Desk Manager/Team Leader is his/her responsibilities, as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales support or project coordination experience is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • “Can-do” attitude
  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Good understanding/knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint as well as Saleforce System
