  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Tender Quotation Specialist/ Proposal Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in a related field. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations and efficient coordination of trade-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation, Purchase Orders & Shipment Documentation

  • Prepare and manage documentation for orders and shipments.

Trade Operations Management

  • Oversee trade-related business progress and ensure timely execution.

Bidding Participation

  • Assist in the preparation and participation in bids for potential contracts.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Streamline procedures to maximize delivery quality and operational efficiency.

Order Tracking & Payment Collection

  • Monitor orders and follow up on payments from overseas clients.

Record Maintenance

  • Keep updated records of orders with suppliers and customers for easy tracking.

Customer Communication

  • Provide customers with accurate and timely updates on the status of their orders.

Shipment Planning

  • Plan and schedule shipments based on contract terms and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

  • Location: Kuala Lumpur - Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before the start date.
