We are seeking a skilled SAP TM (Transportation Management) Consultant to join our team for a global rollout project based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. This role involves implementing and supporting the SAP TM module to optimize transportation and logistics processes across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP TM solutions, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid working environment.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP TM module, ensuring alignment with global business processes and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective transportation management solutions.
• Optimize transportation planning, execution, and monitoring processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP TM issues, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, WM).
• Conduct user training and develop comprehensive documentation to support end-users in adopting SAP TM solutions.
• Participate in system testing, go-live, and post-go-live support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within transportation and logistics operations and recommend best practices.
• Stay updated on SAP TM trends and enhancements to provide innovative solutions that meet client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP TM Consultant, with expertise in implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes, including transportation planning, execution, and freight management.
• Proven ability to work closely with clients to gather business requirements and deliver tailored SAP TM solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP TM module.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and global rollout projects is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs.
