Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate with sales & marketing department related to the sales documentation
2. Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & update into system
3. Follow up/ liaise with related department to ensure the loan application is on time.
4. Ensure the weekly loan status report to update in a timely manner.
5. Ensure all the enquiries, correspondences and complaints are attended timely and satisfactorily.
6. To support agents by providing relevant information relating to development.
7. Perform office -based administrative duties only.
8. Perform any task assigned by the superior from time to time.
9. Proficiently handling message replies and phone calls with a focus on timely responsiveness
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Coordination skill, follow up abilities, attentive to details, sense of responsibility
- Able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Fluent in MANDARIN preferred as role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Able to work on weekend (Allow to work from home on public holiday & weekend)
