Process Engineer

Responsibility 1. Reporting to Process Engineer/Assistant Process Engineer 2. Overview in daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency, quality, yield and machine utilization. 3. Maintain process control and carry out routine check, verification and repair work. 4. Carry out preventive maintenance, periodic and predictive maintenance programs on both hardware and system software. 5. Maintain records of maintenance programs including Plant equipment such as Air compressor, Vacuum pump, tranformer and etc. 6. Assisting Engineer in maintaining list of spare parts through reviewing timely to ensure minimum disruption to the production operation. 7. Ensure production operation meet the company's quality policy and objective and comply to customer requirement. 8.Assist Process Engineer in execute improvement plan, continuous improvement to attain cost reduction program for customer and to meet company's goals. 9. Assist Production Supervisor initiate action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity. 10. Assist and execute the implementation of product non-conformity solution. 11. Responsible in promoting safety in assembly area. 12. Responsible in promoting and cultivating housekeeping in assembly area. 13. Motivate workforce to achieve productivity and quality standard. 14. Create harmonious working environment to work as a team. 15. Other duties and assignment by superior from time to time. Qualifications At least Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical field. At least five (5) years of working experience in production processes. Must be analytical : such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, etc will be an added advantage.
