  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job scope :

Production / Operations

  • Responsible for the daily operation of multiple process systems to produce nitrogen, CDA, hydrogen and other industrial gases, assure the production systems are operating in its expected/designed capacity, consistent, safe and reliable. Strict adherence to SOS operation practice.
  • Communicate with customer, attend to their question/request when required. Refer and discuss this information to production manager and ROC for decision making.
  • Communicate with ROC when needed, facilitate process tuning and equipment operations verification.

Process reliability and Safety
· Responsible for servicing, calibrating, repairing, and maintaining electrical / instrument equipment, including effective management of all related documents. This includes valves, instruments, network system, PLC/DCS/control system hardware and programs. (but not limited to motors, power distribution system)
· Deal with emergencies breakdown, unplanned issues, and repairs
· To plan for preventive maintenance policies and schedules for all electrical instrument equipment.
· Carry out plant change-over and conduct testing of equipment to meet statutory compliance and best industry practices.
· Plant process conditions troubleshooting, analyzing and testing when necessary.
· Monitor key operating parameters, timely reporting and fault find on any abnormal situations.
· From production technology perspective, eradicate any safety related operation risks.

Site Management
· Keep site clean and safe always, manage preventive and report any unsafe situation. Propose and eradicate the hazard if needed.
Communicate with customer if needed to assure overall safety and orderly of the site.

Requirement :

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, major in Instrumentation / Automation / Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.

Working experience
· At least 3 years working experience in Chemical plants preferred, process system in the area of production, operations or maintenance. Prior experience in industrial gas industry would be a significant advantage.
· Fundamental knowledge in industrial electrical systems, instrumentation and control systems for automated process plants including implementation of PLC, SCADA, and DCS
