Training Consultant (Data Analytics)

Key Responsibilities: • Perform training on tools and programs effectively • Involve as a data scientist/analyst/engineer or related role in analytical project execution • Prepare and present technical proposal for analytical project • Prepare and design course outline for new potential training • Conduct discussion, surveys or gap analysis to align training expectation • Conceptualize training materials based on data and research • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials • Design technical manuals using simple language • Contact and utilize resources for instructional technology • Test and review created materials • Maintain a database of all training materials • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment • Enhance the training performance and materials from evaluation review • Ensure the training contents are up to date Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, science, engineering or related field • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position will be advantage • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms • Familiar with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques • Experience in designing course material • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software • Impressive interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage tasks efficiently • Additional certification from talent and training associations a plus
