QC Inspector

Job Description:  Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications  Record inspection results and communicate any issues to production team  Conduct in-process and final inspections of products before they are released to customers  Develop and maintain inspection procedures and documentation  Investigate and resolve quality issues and complaints from customers  Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and reduce defects  Monitor and document product testing and evaluation results  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards  Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager Job Requirement:  Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent  At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role in a manufacturing environment  Knowledge of quality assurance and control principles and practices  Familiarity with measurement tools and techniques  Ability to read and interpret drawings artwork, no color blind.  Strong attention to detail and accuracy  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed  Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.
