Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares various reports such as traffic reports or weekly progress reports as requested by HOD
- Devises work schedule for telephone operators ensuring adequate coverage at all times; revises work schedule as necessary.
- Reports telephone equipment failures by completing necessary paperwork and notifying appropriate telecommunications personnel.
- Maintains and update on-line phone/pager directory and on-call databases. Completes all forms and reports changes or inaccurate information to HOD.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries aimed at hospital services and procedures with friendly and courteous tone.
- Answer queries pertaining to admitted patients by following strictly confidentiality protocols
- Immediately responds to all alarms, security calls and medical emergencies. Pages all persons designated to respond to emergencies. Immediately reports to the OIC / HOD any problems with, or abused of alarm system. Logs emergency response information, as appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in related fields
- Communication and listening Skill
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Patience with positive attitude

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
