This is the perfect role for an accounting-trained professional with the desire to be deeply involved in the administrative or finance functions in a venture-backed, globally-expanding e-commerce startup in the consumer products space.

The Role:

You will work closely with the internal team to drive the Group’s finance and administrative priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the reporting & administrative needs of the Group (ensuring filing, corporate secretarial matters, government-related obligations and grants, are met and maintained)

Work on a number of Group subsidiaries books of accounts

Act as a point of contact for administrative priorities, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.

This role will execute on a number of administrative projects, including: corporate consolidation, government partnerships, technology-related grants, creating SOPs, all of which are strategically significant to the Group’s future growth.

About You:

4 - 5 years of experience in administrative management and/or accounting related

disciplines.

You must speak and write in professional English and Chinese

You are a reliable and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different departmental functions.

A self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges and be a problem-solver .

You are comfortable with collating supporting documents in relation to government grants and incentives.
