Job Description:

1. Assisting executive for the SAP data extraction for CDC Variance report and analysis. .
2. Assisting on the Incident Report (IR) summary to update to Finance Department to charge out.
3. Assisting on the communications to the stores for investigations and requesting for more evidences.
4. Assisting on the RESEND coordination with affected parties in case of wrongly delivered items.
5. Updating the Online Dashboard with the daily investigations activity to be visible to all interested parties.
6. Synchronising tickets closures in between the Dashboard and the Help Desk Portal
7. Ensuring the aging between tickets opened and closure within window time
8. Hard to solve cases or critical issues to be escalated to superior straight away.
9. Responsible to open up IR to charge out responsible party upon investigation findings.
10. Performing official communications trough emails to all stakeholders on the IR raised
11. Responsible on the IR filing and archive
12. Disputes to be escalated to superior.
13. Conduct floor Audits on regular basis.
14. Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by Superior.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Retail Loss Prevention/ Inventory officer or similar role within the warehouse / wholesale industry.
2. Able to execute and closed daily cases within time deadline set by superior.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to effectively train and educate store staff on loss prevention measures.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
7. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
9. Fluent in English is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
