Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma/Certified in Business Administration/Business management or any related, Security Management, or a related field is advantage.
  • Have transportation to work.
  • Be responsible and independent.
  • Have an experience in security operations management or a similar role, preferably in Malaysia.
  • Strong understanding of security operations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing daily security operations
  • Oversee day-to-day security operations at multiple sites, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Manage and supervise security personnel, including guards and security officers, ensuring proper conduct and performance.
  • Schedule and coordinate security staff shifts and rotations to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with management, clients, and other departments regarding security operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of security activities, incidents, and issues to HQ management.
  • Maintain up-to-date security logs, reports, and other documentation.
