Qualifications & experience
- Diploma/Certified in Business Administration/Business management or any related, Security Management, or a related field is advantage.
- Have transportation to work.
- Be responsible and independent.
- Have an experience in security operations management or a similar role, preferably in Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of security operations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and managing daily security operations
- Oversee day-to-day security operations at multiple sites, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including guards and security officers, ensuring proper conduct and performance.
- Schedule and coordinate security staff shifts and rotations to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Maintain clear communication channels with management, clients, and other departments regarding security operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of security activities, incidents, and issues to HQ management.
- Maintain up-to-date security logs, reports, and other documentation.
