  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Provide support to management on daily operation tasks to ensure smooth operation of the organization.
  • Maintaning and building network with present and coalitions involving various groups and agencies (local, regional, and international)
  • Represent the organisation in public events, meetings, conferences, media events and interviews
  • Assist in Recruitment,Staff Appraisal,Staff Leave, Reviewing Policy and other matters related to human resource management.
  • Ensure and monitor that all programmes and activities are budgeted and fund are utilized within the budget.
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring Grants, Budgets and Financial Reporting.
  • Liaising with related agents such as Auditors, LHDN, KWSP, HRDC, Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ) and Banks.
  • Supervise and carry out as needed all Human Resource, Finance & Administrative tasks in line with organizational principles and policies.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

    • Minimum Qualification Bachelor in Business Administration/Management/Human Resource/Finance/Social Work or related field.
    • At least 5 years and above of working experience in Operation Management with experience in managing teams is required. Candidates with prior experience in civil society organizations, encompassing charities, non-governmental organizations, or non-profit bodies is an advantage.
    • Possess strong knowledge in Human Resource Management and well versed in Malaysian Employment Act and relevant policies.
    • Experience in handling LHDN, KWSP and HRDC could be an advantage.
    • Must Know to use Google Drive and MS office.
    • Having basic understanding of Finance/Account, cash flow and budgeting.
    • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
