Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
- Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
- Monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files.
- Checking and monitor on employees' attendance.
- Checking and verify the overtime summary sheets and monthly claims.
- Responsible in preparing HR related letters.
- Responsible to maintain good filing system & proper documentation.
- Renewal of company's vehicles roadtax & insurance, etc.
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resources role.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Good team player with ability to work independently & under pressure.
