Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
  • Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
  • Monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files.
  • Checking and monitor on employees' attendance.
  • Checking and verify the overtime summary sheets and monthly claims.
  • Responsible in preparing HR related letters.
  • Responsible to maintain good filing system & proper documentation.
  • Renewal of company's vehicles roadtax & insurance, etc.
  • Perform any other related duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resources role.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Good team player with ability to work independently & under pressure.
